Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within South Africa takes approximately 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
Please note: remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Shipping Fees

A flat delivery fee of R100.00 applies to all orders.
From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions or bundle offers, which will be clearly communicated on our website or social media.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
While we work with trusted couriers, unforeseen delays (such as strikes, weather, or courier issues) may occasionally occur.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only delivered within South Africa. We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
