Returns & Exchange Policy


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to assist you.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for:
The cost of sending the item back to us, and
The cost of shipping the replacement item to them.
If the requested size is not available, we can offer store credit or an alternative solution.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed if the item is defective, damaged, or out of stock.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For stock integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or clearance items
Customized or special-order shirts

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
