Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to assist you.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
• We offer size exchanges, subject to stock availability.
• Customers are responsible for:
• The cost of sending the item back to us, and
• The cost of shipping the replacement item to them.
• If the requested size is not available, we can offer store credit or an alternative solution.
Refunds
• Refunds are only processed if the item is defective, damaged, or out of stock.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For stock integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Sale or clearance items
• Customized or special-order shirts
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
